Be grateful! One of the best ways to stay away from frustration and judgment is to write down a list of the things that made you happy or that you’re thankful in your life. Be grateful to be employed, to have the capacity to see the sun and the moon, to sleep in a bed each night, to have true friends, to have a family. You have to realize that a lot of people don’t have that, and practicing gratefulness is the an awesome way to transform your life perspective.
Believe in yourself
Don’t doubt yourself, trust your instincts and always have faith in yourself, what you can do, and what you believe in. Don’t do the same thing as others if you think different from that, build your own unique personality.
Smile and laugh every day. Did you know that the simple act of smiling has a huge impact on your mind, body and, subsequently, in what surrounds you. Simply smile in your car, at your work, to strangers, when you are alone. You are not being weird, you are just calling good vibes. Smile at the world and you will see the world smiling back at you.
Enjoy the moment
Focus on what’s happening at the moment, pay attention to what surrounds you, and the people you are with. Take pleasure from it, don’t over-analyze and plan things so far in advance. You will feel more happy, for sure!
